This legislation prohibits county employees from enforcing any federal law or regulation involving any firearm, firearm accessory or ammunition that is manufactured, owned, sold and remains exclusively within the state of Georgia.

This legislation makes it a crime for anyone to file a false lien against any person, not just a public official. It also provide immunity to the court clerk that accepts such documents for filing.
